In the permit for the utilization of ionizing radiation sources, stricter, transparent, clear, firm, and fair licensing requirements and procedures are required by considering the risk of radiation hazards, and the safety of radioactive sources and nuclear materials, which are able to guarantee the safety of workers, community members, and protection of the environment.
